الشروط والأحكام - تطبيق كورتادو كوفي للتوصيل

1. مقدمة

مرحباً بك في كورتادو كوفي! باستخدامك للتطبيق، فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية، وفي حال عدم موافقتك على أي منها، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

2. الحساب والتسجيل

للوصول إلى خدماتنا، قد تحتاج إلى إنشاء حساب على التطبيق.
يجب تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة عند التسجيل والحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول.
أنت مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر حسابك.

3. الطلبات والمدفوعات

الطلبات: يمكن تقديم الطلبات للمنتجات المتاحة وفق خيارات التوصيل المعروضة.
التسعير: جميع الأسعار مدرجة بالعملة [دينار أردني] وتخضع للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق.
الدفع: يتم الدفع عبر الوسائل المتاحة (بطاقات بنكية، محافظ رقمية).
تأكيد الطلب: ستتلقى تأكيداً عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو إشعار داخل التطبيق، وهذا التأكيد لا يضمن توفر المنتجات بشكل نهائي.

4. التوصيل

المواعيد: أوقات التوصيل تقديرية وقد تختلف حسب الظروف (حركة المرور، الطقس).
المنطقة: يتم التوصيل فقط ضمن المناطق المحددة في التطبيق.
الرسوم: قد تُطبق رسوم توصيل حسب الموقع ومبلغ الطلب، وتُعرض أثناء الدفع.
عدم التواجد: في حال عدم التواجد للاستلام، قد يتم تحميلك رسوم الطلب.

5. الإلغاء والاسترداد

الإلغاء: يمكن إلغاء الطلب خلال إطار زمني محدود حسب حالة التحضير.
الاسترداد: يقدم في حال الخطأ أو التلف، ويجب التواصل مع الدعم خلال [24 ساعة] من الاستلام.

6. سلوك المستخدم

النشاطات المحظورة: يلتزم المستخدم بعدم إساءة استخدام التطبيق أو القيام بنشاطات احتيالية أو تعطيل الخدمة.
المحتوى المقدم: التعليقات والمراجعات تصبح ملكية للتطبيق وقد تُستخدم لأغراض ترويجية.

7. حقوق الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات والعلامات التجارية هي ملك لـ كورتادو كوفي ومحمية قانونياً، ولا يُسمح باستخدامها أو توزيعها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

8. تحديد المسؤولية

لا يتحمل التطبيق مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة.
نسعى لجودة عالية، لكننا لا نضمن عمل التطبيق دون انقطاع أو أخطاء.

9. التعديلات

نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت، واستمرار استخدامك للتطبيق يُعتبر قبولاً للشروط المعدلة.

10. القانون المعمول به
